Getting Started sessions before teaching starts

As we are fast approaching the start of a new academic year the E-Learning Unit is running some “Getting Started with QMplus” sessions before teaching officially starts on 22nd September. These sessions are aimed at staff who are new to QMplus and involve a two hour hands-on workshop which will enable you to get started with building your own course area on QMplus. The sessions are planned for:

Tuesday 9th September 10.00-12.00
Thursday 11th September 14.00-16.00
Monday 15th September 13.00-15.00
Thursday 18th September 10.00-12.00

These will all take place in the E-Learning Studio, in the CAPD offices on the Mile End campus.

Places on these sessions are limited so please use our course booking system to book yourself a place.

For staff based at Whitechapel, we are running a “Getting Started with QMplus” session from 10.00-12.00 on Tuesday September 9th in IT training room 1 in the Whitechapel Library. This session has been advertised through local channels in the School of Medicine and Dentistry. If you are interested in attending this session, please use this sign up form to register your attendance.

We will continue to run a variety of sessions throughout the academic year including our schedule of drop-in sessions, Tuesday and Thursday 1-2pm in the E-Learning Studio on the Mile End campus and Wednesdays 1-2pm in the IT training rooms in the Whitechapel Library.
