Here are the questions that were most commonly asked on the Helpdesk during the past two months.

Question 1: Do I need to create another portfolio for QMplus Hub?

Question 2: I wanted to create some videos using QMplus Media. Can you help?

Question 3: My course is relatively new as it has only been running for a year. Am I required to rollover my course?

Answer 3: Yes, if the course will be running next year we will advise that it is scheduled to be rolled over that can be done by the course administrator. For more information regarding rollover, see this link: https://elearning.qmul.ac.uk/guide/the-rollover-process/

Question 4: How will my course be affected by the upgrade?

Answer 4: A copy of the course will be made from our old version of QMplus to the new version of QMplus. The new version of the course will be available after we release it on 22nd July. Question 5: What new features can we expect from QMplus upgrade?
