Drop-in sessions
Our drop-in sessions are intended for staff who would like to talk to a member of the team about any issues that they are having. These might be related to one of our major applications such as QMplus, Q-Review or Turnitin, or indeed any other teaching technology related issue.
Sessions run online every Tuesday and Thursday from 1-2pm and can be accessed through our online support area on QMplus (you will have to log in to QMplus). There’s no need to make an appointment, just come along and a member of the team will be on hand to answer your questions.
Please note
Drop-in sessions are aimed at staff who are already making use of our applications and have specific queries about them. They are not suitable for people who wish to be given an overview or walkthrough of our systems.
We run a variety of workshops for staff who wish to get started with the e-learning applications at QMUL. You will find these on our online booking system (search for course code TELT).
