Salary: £44,815 to £50,030 pro rata per annum inclusive of London Allowance (Grade 6)

We are currently recruiting a part time Senior Learning Technologist (E-Learning Applications Manager) to work 0.5FTE on a job share basis.The post is being offered initially as a fixed term appointment for 1 year. The successful candidate will work alongside the existing post holder (also working 0.5FTE).

The Senior Learning Technologist (E-Learning Applications Manager) is responsible for managing, developing, lobbying for, promoting, training staff in the use of, and being accountable for the successful use of E-Learning applications in delivering a high quality educational experience to all QMUL students.

The successful candidate will have an undergraduate honours degree or equivalent and, ideally, a professional or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. e-learning or teaching and learning). The post holder will have a rare combination of educational expertise, the ability to communicate with all stakeholders in a confident and inspiring manner, broad technical knowledge of learning technologies, excellent organisation skills and a sensibility that is both strategic and detailed.
